Automotive Service Technology ProgramNow Offering A New Hands-on/Online Automotive Course!
The program provides students with entry-level skills for the automotive service industry. They receive hands-on training, combined with laboratory and classroom experiences. Training encompasses the operation and service of all systems of automobiles, and it includes the maintenance and overhaul of automobile engines, brakes, steering, heating and air conditioning systems, transmissions and electrical systems. This program is approved by the Department of Education for Veterans' Benefits for full-time students only. Career opportunities are excellent for graduates of this program. Our programs are highly regarded in Central Florida, and most of our graduates find employment in the area on or before graduation. Technicians are in demand nationwide as well. The average entry-level worker in the automotive industry earns between $18,000 and $25,000 per year. |
