  • CPR and DT: 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

  • $450 (approximate cost, in-state residents)
  • $730 (approximate cost, out-of-state residents)

Program content:

This program is designed for out-of-state officers, federal officers and State of Florida officers with more than a four-year break in service, who are seeking exemption from completing a basic-training program or the opportunity to demonstrate proficiency in the high-liability areas for certification. This course and the State Exam Review Course will help students prepare for the law enforcement officer state certification exam.

Students must provide a form CJSTC-76 approved by FDLE prior to registering for this course. This form is obtained through an FDLE-approved assessment center (The CJI at SCC is not an assessment center.). The admissions and registration process for this course will be provided upon receipt of the approved FDLE CJSTC-76 form. Approved CJSTC-76 forms may be faxed to our office, Attn: Alan Kraft, at 407.322.1309.
