Admission Requirements and Procedures

  • Acceptance to Seminole Community College: Obtain an SCC Application from the Admissions Office in Building A105
    or at the online forms and documents area.
  • Provide official transcripts indicating successful completion of High School or GED.
  • Completion of the College Placement Test (CPT): Call the Assessment and Testing Office at 407.708.2020 or go to Building A, room 107, to schedule an appointment.
  • Be eligible for English I (ENC1101) either through test scores or completion of appropriate college prep classes.

How do I get additional information?

It is recommended that students visit a counselor or academic advisor for guidance in course selection, sequencing and scheduling.  Financial assistance and scholarship opportunities are available.  All services are free and available at each SCC Campus. The SCC College Catalog can be obtained in the Admissions Office or viewed using the SCC online catalog.
