How do students access MySCC?
  1. Go to the MySCC Web site: my.scc-fl.edu.
  2. Enter your valid Login Name and Password (all students must create an account during their initial session in MySCC).
  3. Click the Login button.
Who can use MySCC to register for classes?

Any current college credit, vocational, SCCorporate College or community education student may use MySCC for registration and to access their student records. Adult high school, adult education, ESOL and Language Institute students and alumni may use MySCC to access their student records.

Students who have not yet been admitted to the College and community members can utilize Guest Resources to search the College catalog or course schedule. In order to utilize MySCC for registration purposes, new students must complete all SCC admission requirements and attend an orientation.

Why do I keep getting bumped off MySCC?

The most probable reason is that there is a 20-minute time-out in place. If there is no activity in 20 minutes, you will be returned to the MySCC login page. This is to protect your data from unauthorized access.

Can I access MySCC off-campus?

You can access MySCC 24 hours a day, seven days a week from any computer with Internet access.

  1. Go to the MySCC Web site: my.scc-fl.edu.
  2. Login with valid Login Name and Password or Login as a Guest.
How do I find my grades?

SCC does not mail grades. You may view your grades via MySCC.

  1. Go to the MySCC Web site: my.scc-fl.edu.
  2. Login with valid Login Name and Password.
  3. Click Grades on your Student Center menu under Academic History.
How to set your user preferences?
  1. Login to MySCC.
  2. Select the User Preferences link.
  3. Set the Institution to Seminole Community College.
  4. Set the Academic Career to your current career. In most cases, either Credit Career or Vocational Career.
  5. Set the Term to the current semester.
  6. Set the Aid Year.
  7. Click on the Save button.
  8. Click OK.
MySCC Glossary of Terms

TermDefinition
Class NumberThe specific class offered for a designated course (ex. 4351)
SubjectA three-letter prefix that represents a specific classification of courses (ex. ENC).
Catalog NumberA four-digit number used to identify each individual course (ex. 1101).
DescriptionThe name of the course ex. English I).
UnitsThe number of credits/hours earned for the class if successfully completed (ex. 3).
