Professional Testing and Certification Center

Certifications are quickly becoming a requirement for those entering the technology field. A certification shows an employer that you have the knowledge and skills they need. Certifications are also a way to separate yourself from, and above, other job candidates.

To meet this demand, Seminole Community College offers high-quality and affordable professional certification programs and the new SCC Professional Testing and Certification Center.

The Center allows students, businesses and members of the community to take certification exams in more than 100 areas, including:

• CompTIA A+, Network+, and HTI+
• Novell CNA and CNE
• Microsoft MCP and MCSE
• Cisco CCNA and CCNP
• Oracle certifications
• Computer Adaptive Test (CAT) - CLAST (the Essay portion is not offered on this computer version of CLAST)

SCC's Professional Testing and Certification Center now offers certification testing for any State of Florida insurance licenses. For more information, contact your instructor or the State Insurance office.

The SCC Professional Testing and Certification Center is located in room A-107 at the Sanford/Lake Mary Campus. The Center is open:

• Monday: 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
• Tuesday: noon - 5 p.m.
• Wednesday: 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
• Thursday: 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
• Friday: 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.
